The Green & Blue Bamboo Scarf with Fringe is one-of-a-kind. The blue and green weaves together to create a beautiful pattern. This super soft fringe scarf is hand woven on the backstrap loom using bamboo threads. Each scarf is made from hand-dyed threads and the colors may differ slightly from those pictured.
This fair trade scarf was made by Asociacion Maya de Desarrollo, ASOMADEK. ASOMADEK is an artisan coop in the mountains of Solola, Guatemala that has worked together for more than 20 years to develop economic opportunity for 165 backstrap weavers, warpers, dyers, and sewers. Using rayon chenille, cotton, and bamboo yarns, they dye the threads to create a subtle blend of color and texture in each product.
