Donations that allow us to fill the greatest need at the moment are always appreciated, but if you prefer to choose a specific gift, here are a few ideas:

Children in Guatemala

$5 Sponsor a student to participate in the reading circle
$25 one month of tutoring sessions for a scholarship student
$50 one career skills workshop or reading circle for up to 15 scholarship students
$75 one week of tutoring for scholarship students
$40/ month or $480/ year: Provide a scholarship for a student in Guatemala

Artisans in Guatemala

$20 Scholarship for one artisan’s workshop attendance
$65 Provide support for an artisan group in the field
$200 one day-long workshop for an artisan group
$650 Furnish one month’s salary for our coordinator and provide support to multiple artisans

Elders in Guatemala

$5 Provide a home visit to a lonely or sick elder
$10 Sponsor a hospital visit for a sick elder
$50 Provide 1 week of transportation expenses for 32 elders to come to the Elder Center
$100 Sponsor one meal for 65 elders
$360 Sponsor one elder for 1 full year
