These fair trade earrings are handmade by artisans in the Elder Center Bead Group. The bead artisans are master jewelry makers. They earn a fair wage for their work, have stable employment and educational opportunities. The group helps to provide meals and medical care for elders living in extreme poverty in Santiago Atitlan, Guatemala.
