Mayan Ke

Mayan Ke is made up of a group of artisans from San Antonio Palopo along the shores of Lake Atitlan. They create beautiful hand-painted ceramics like coffee mugs and decorative crosses.  The group often makes their own brushes so that they can paint the tiny intricate work on their products. These products are are baked at a very high temperature, making them dishwasher and microwave safe. The artisans earn a fair wage for their work and the workshop is brightly lit and well ventilated. All of the profits from these products go back to the artisans that made them.
