This fair trade item was created by Dulce Hogar, an artisan cooperative in Comitancillo, San Marco, one of the poorest regions of Guatemala. This cooperative of talented artisans does backstrap and foot loom weavings and crochet. The income from their crafts help the artisans to support their families and send their children to school.
